The festivities for Bear Chase weekend haven’t really started until the youth have began chasing the bear through Swedetown Trails. That’s how the weekend will get started again this year as the Copper Country Ski Tigers are once again hosting the Junior Bear Chase on Friday night. Registration for the event will run from 4 to 5 p.m. at the Swedetown Trails Chalet. Races will start shortly after 5 p.m.
